Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include conducting thorough research and analysis of AI-Agent and virtual human-related products in the market, focusing on core experiences and application scenarios.

Identify user core experience needs, define core experiences and application scenarios for AI-Agent virtual characters, develop product plans, set phased goals, design experiences, and follow up on solutions.

Create complete multimodal virtual characters based on core experiences, including personality, appearance, voice, actions, expressions, interactions, and customizations, collaborating closely with programming and art teams.

Design and implement system structures and core experiences centered around AI-Agent virtual characters, tailored to application scenarios.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher with over 3 years of experience in internet AI products; experience with AI-Agent and virtual human projects is preferred.
• Passionate about AI with a clear understanding of AI applications such as LLM, Agent, digital humans, voice, etc., and related technical principles.
• Sensitive to human-computer and voice interaction experiences, with aesthetic sense and design capabilities.
• High enthusiasm, strong learning ability, and emotional perception.
