Job Description:
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Follow up with customers post-installation to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Provide support to customers with post-purchase inquiries.
- Plan and coordinate installation and servicing schedules, ensuring efficient use of resources and timely completion of projects.
- Purchase materials for ongoing projects or installations when required.
- Arrange logistics for picking up or sending out stocks and materials to job sites or suppliers.
- Communicate schedules to customers and internal teams, making adjustments as necessary.
- Work closely with the installation team to manage daily work schedules and logistics.
- Assist with office administration tasks during peak periods or when the Administrative assistant is unavailable.
Qualifications:
- O Level, diploma equivalent or above.
- Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, Email).
- Good collaborative skills and a team player.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks while working in a fast-paced environment.
