Qualifications

• Expérience en fabrication d'acier ou produits de sécurité périphérique souhaitée.
• Historique prouvé dans la gestion d'équipes d'usine et de flux de production.
• Capacité à voir les lacunes et à construire des procédures opérationnelles standard.

Responsibilities

• Diriger les opérations de l'usine : main-d'œuvre, production, contrôle qualité.
• Créer des plans de production hebdomadaires/mensuels alignés sur les délais des projets.
• Mettre en œuvre des tableaux de bord pour suivre l'avancement des travaux.

Your Mission:

Own our fabrication and operations pipeline from end to end.
You’ll lead the factory, drive production planning, build systems to track output, and make sure every project flows — without waiting for reminders.

You’ll Be Responsible For:

• Leading factory operations: manpower, output, QC

• Creating weekly/monthly production plans aligned to project timelines

• Implementing dashboards to track job progress

• Flagging bottlenecks before they become delays

• Coordinating with sales, design, and site teams

• Managing performance of workshop supervisors and production staff

• Owning material planning and stock tracking

• Reporting directly to leadership — not waiting to be told what to do

You Should Have:

• Experience in steel fabrication or perimeter security products (preferred)

• Proven track record running factory teams and production workflows

• Strong operational thinking: sees gaps, builds SOPs, fixes flow

• Confidence with digital & AI tools (Excel, project tracking tools, etc.)

• Leadership backbone — can discipline, coach, or course-correct
