The Position/Role

Position Title: Finance Executive (6-months contract)

Responsibilities

• Accounts Payable functions include verifying supplier’s invoices, staff claims, initiating payments, data entry and maintenance and reconciliation of creditors’ ledger.

• Accounts Receivable functions include AR aging and prepare AR reports

• Monthly bank and accounts reconciliations.

• Assist with preparation of trial balance, balance sheet and audit schedules.

• Ensuring timely and accurate month-end closing of company level financials for internal and statutory reporting requirements

• Prepare and ensure timely submission of quarterly GST return and MAS reporting

• Liaising with external stakeholders for all facilities-related matters and any other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned

Requirements:

Preferred Experience

• At least 3-5 years of financial accounting experience

Key attributes and qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Accountancy or qualifications in similar fields.
• An independent, meticulous, and task-oriented individual with excellent interpersonal and organisation skills.
• Must be a strong team player, proactive and possess a high level of integrity.
