Job description

Job summary:

• Basic salary up to $9000

• Working location at Project site, East region

• Monday to Friday + Alt Saturday (Office hour)

• A reputable Singapore-based construction firm specializing in civil engineering, structural works, and industrial infrastructure projects.

Job scope:

• Oversee all construction activities, ensuring performance, compliance, and recommending improvements to project managers.

• Manage contractors to maintain quality, adherence to drawings, codes, standards, schedule, and cost control.

• Coordinate with engineering, internal departments, and external parties including authorities, consultants, and clients.

• Lead a team of engineers and develop a capable, diverse construction workforce aligned with project goals.

• Ensure timely project delivery, minimal wastage, and adherence to QA and ISO standards.

• Provide regular progress reports and participate in project execution meetings; perform other ad-hoc duties as required.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and exceeding client expectations.

• Possess a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent; qualifications recognized by BCA are advantageous.

• At least 5 years of relevant construction experience, with marine construction background considered a strong advantage.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, MS Project, Primavera, and AutoCAD.
