A leading company in luxury automotive seeks a Customer Service & Administrative Executive to provide exceptional hospitality and administrative support in their showroom. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin, a customer-first mindset, and experience in luxury environments. Position Title: Customer Service & Administrative Executive (Showroom Receptionist)

Role Summary:
As the face of Rolls-Royce Motor Cars, you will be the first touchpoint of luxury and elegance for our valued clients. This role combines top-tier customer service with meticulous administrative support to uphold the impeccable standards of the Rolls-Royce brand.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Showroom Hospitality & Client Engagement
Act as the Showroom Host, delivering a warm and sophisticated welcome to every guest.
Serve beverages and refreshments, ensuring premium hospitality at all times.
Clear and tidy the reception and customer lounge area post-visits
2. Office & Showroom Administration
Oversee the procurement and replenishment of showroom and office essentials, including beverages, refreshments, and stationery.
Conduct daily checks to maintain showroom aesthetics and ensure display vehicles meet brand presentation standards.
Track and compile showroom footfall data for management reporting.
3. Customer Experience & Sales Support
Maintain updated sales materials in the showroom and customer lounge; replenish literature as required.
Handle inbound calls and email enquiries with professionalism and brand-aligned etiquette.
Support CRM efforts, including preparation and coordination of client appreciation gifts and collaterals.
Assist with the dissemination of marketing materials, event invitations, and corporate communications via mail or digital platforms.
4. Internal Coordination
Ensure seamless inter-departmental flow of documents and information.
Take meeting minutes and provide timely submission of ad hoc reports when required.
Provide logistical and hospitality support at Rolls-Royce client events.
5. Brand Knowledge & Market Awareness
Stay informed of the latest news and developments relating to the Rolls-Royce brand, automotive industry trends, and competitor activities.
We are seeking a poised, client-focused individual with a passion for luxury service and attention to detail.
Must-Haves:
Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, in English and Mandarin to cater to our esteemed Chinese clientele.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
A pleasant and professional demeanor with a customer-first mindset.
Able to work independently with strong initiative and accountability.
A collaborative team player who contributes to a positive workplace culture.
Preferred:
Prior experience in luxury hospitality, automotive, or high-end retail environments.
Proven experience in handling Mandarin-speaking clients with finesse.
