The Global Banking & Markets Change Management Team is searching for dedicated individuals who thrive in a collaborative and challenging environment to join our team. Global Change Managers serve as program or product managers on high-priority initiatives within the division. You will work alongside other Change Managers, Product Managers, Sales, Strat, Engineers, and Designers to ensure solutions are designed and implemented for the division in a true ‘front to back’ fashion. You will leverage your technical expertise and project management skills to influence and drive the team to deliver these complex projects within budget and with high quality.

HOW YOU WILL FULFILL YOUR POTENTIAL

  1. Work with Sales, Trading, Engineering, and Operations teams to develop and implement strategic, complex initiatives to enable business growth, regulatory compliance, and control improvements.
  2. Leverage project management methodologies (e.g., Waterfall, Agile) and governance tools to provide transparency to senior stakeholders on project scope, timelines, budget, and delivery risks.
  3. Identify and manage project risks from inception to completion while driving resolutions and risk & issue mitigation.
  4. Perform detailed analysis to enhance business, system, and operational workflows.
  5. Facilitate communication on key project matters (including reporting and escalations) across GBM teams, including Sales, Operations, Engineering, Legal, and Compliance.
  6. Provide oversight on the project book of work, ensuring cross-project dependencies, risks, and budgets are proactively managed.
  7. Facilitate the performance of quality assurance testing, migration plans, and post-implementation reviews alongside product teams.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  1. Bachelor's Degree.
  2. Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience, preferably in business analysis, project, or program management functions.
  3. Strong analytical and business analysis experience, including process analysis.
  4. Strategic thinker able to identify cross-functional issues, provide innovative solutions, and communicate implications across processes, systems, and teams (costs, risk, service).
  5. Project management skills including scope definition; issue, challenge, and risk identification; status reporting; User Acceptance Testing execution.
  6. A proven track record of scoping and delivering projects on time and within budget in cross-functional teams.
  7. Experience in driving collaboration and facilitating stakeholder discussions for problem solving and solution analysis.
  8. Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills; confident in engaging with senior stakeholders.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  1. Knowledge of products and processes related to the financial services industry, with related experience in technology strategy, client service, or management consulting.
  2. Core knowledge of Global Banking & Markets.
  3. Understanding of Financial Services & Operations processes and procedures.
  4. Familiarity with project management methodologies; certifications like PMP, Prince2, Agile are preferred but optional.
  5. Experience in developing customer-centric and design-centric products.
  6. Knowledge of automated testing tools, frameworks, and Agile testing practices.
  7. Experience with tools such as JIRA and JIRA Portfolio or similar applications.
  8. Knowledge of OKR frameworks, roadmaps, and governance and project planning tools.
