Job description

Job Responsibilities

1. Provide 3rd level support for virtualized environments based on Citrix On-Premises, Citrix Cloud, and MS Azure.
2. Upgrade and update infrastructure components.
3. Manage profiles using Windows Roaming Profiles, Citrix UPM, and MS FSLogix.
4. Set up and maintain Citrix and Azure infrastructure.
5. Support multi-cloud platforms.
6. Implement architectural changes in Citrix XenApp/XenDesktop environments.
7. Handle 3rd level support incidents and service requests.
8. Manage vendor tickets with Microsoft, Citrix, and HP.
9. Debug issues using appropriate tools.
10. Troubleshoot Citrix-related problems, understanding fundamentals and using Citrix Director.
11. Continuously improve service stability and performance.
12. Provide hardware support for client virtualization infrastructure on-site in Singapore, collaborating with the local Data Center team.
13. Monitor and patch infrastructure systems.
14. Automate tasks using PowerShell scripts.
15. Manage SSL certificates.
16. Participate in technical team meetings and internal customer discussions.
17. Package and deploy software using SCCM, PowerShell, and Chef.
18. Evaluate and test new Citrix clients.
19. Perform routine and emergency system maintenance, including patching.
20. Coordinate with third-party suppliers and SAP internal departments for support activities.
21. Coordinate daily operations with various teams, planning and executing scheduled activities.

Required Knowledge and Skills

• Expertise in Citrix XenDesktop and Windows Operating Systems.
• Good knowledge of Citrix Provisioning Services, XenServer, VMWare, Citrix ADC (NetScaler), Citrix StoreFront, Citrix Cloud, MS Azure, and PowerShell.
