Scope:
Assist to administer the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, benefits, exit management, etc.
Secretarial support and data entry.
Schedule meetings, checking of data records, etc.
Admin duties including photocopying, collation of data, filing of documents, creation of files, etc.
Logistical support for HR events and meetings.
Assist to execute HR initiatives and projects.
Support departmental activities and carry out other tasks that are assigned from time to time.
