Job description

Genetron Corp (www.genetroncorp.com) is a leading provider of test and measurement equipment such as oscilloscopes, protocol analyzers, digitizers, arbitrary waveform generators (AWG), DC/AC programmable power supplies & electronic loads, hardware in the loop (HIL), electromagnetic near-field measurement solutions, and life science electromagnetic simulation software in Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Philippines, Vietnam, and Indonesia. Responsibilities:
  1. Assist the sales team in meeting or exceeding sales quotas through hands-on technical expertise of test & measurement equipment.
  2. Resolve or drive resolution of daily application issues related to Genetron’s test & measurement products.
  3. Identify new customer applications and match them with Genetron’s offerings.
  4. Maintain and achieve a high level of customer satisfaction.
  5. Support various phases of the sales process, including requirements analysis, product demonstrations, test benchmarks, competitive positioning, and customer training.
  6. Understand customer problems and recommend suitable solutions.
  7. Possess strong technical, product, and market knowledge in DC/AC power supplies, electronic loads, digital oscilloscopes, arbitrary waveform/signal generators, spectrum analyzers, and vector network analyzers.
  8. Deliver customer training sessions and hands-on product demonstrations.
  9. Provide after-sales application support, troubleshooting, and repair of failed equipment.
  10. Communicate customer interests and requirements to management to help expand market share and improve customer satisfaction.
  11. Develop face-to-face technical relationships with key technical influencers.
