Location: Singapore, Singapore

Responsibilities:

  • Issues, track and update purchase orders based on production needs
  • Make cost-effective purchases and maintain a fully stocked inventory
  • Liaise with suppliers and warehouse to ensure timely delivery in good condition
  • Dealing with queries in relation to invoice resolution with suppliers
  • Accountable for the accuracy of purchasing parameters and maintenance of documents
  • Continuous improvement to shorten the supply chains for sustainability
  • Maintain a mutually beneficial supplier relationship
  • Contribute to the team objective for assured supply and quality product

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Business or Supply Chain related discipline
  • Minimum 1 year related working experience
  • Able to work in a fast paced MNC environment
  • Basic understanding of Microsoft Excel
  • Be team player with excellent communication skill

  • Work Location: Changi North Rise
  • Working Days: Monday - Friday
  • Company transport provided from designated MRT stations.
