Our client is seeking a proactive individual to join their team as an Executive (Operations and Project Management). This role plays a vital part in supporting the Infection Control Unit, Patient Care Product Evaluation Committee, and various operational and administrative functions essential to nursing excellence. You will be a key enabler of efficient processes, compliance, and coordination across nursing services for the hospital.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative and logistical support to Infection Control Unit for meetings, courses, and projects, including assisting with secretariat duties including, preparing reports and statistics.
Act as Secretariat for the Patient Care Product Evaluation Committee:
Review nursing-related product requests and support product evaluations.
Plan and manage product rollouts and transitions following approvals.
Address and resolve issues with product performance and usage.
Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities.
Analyze administrative and operational workflows to identify and implement process improvements.
Manage budgeting, planning, and execution of equipment deployment projects for nursing wards.
Monitor and track MRSA initiative indicators such as transmission rates and compliance levels.
Perform procurement-related tasks and manage fund utilization in compliance with hospital policies.
Support Nursing Operations in Mass Casualty Incidence (MCI) planning and response.
Requirements
Recognised Degree. Entry Level position where training will beprovided for candidates without experience
Candidates with at least 2–3 years of project management experience will be considered for more senior appointments.
Strong coordination and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
