AsLead HR Business Partner at Media.Monks, you will establish and drive the operations and people strategy to ensure we attract, retain and develop great people who are passionate about Media.Monks and its culture as we scale rapidly. You’ll work as part of our global HR team that keeps our organisation operating faster and faster, with a focus on developing and retaining top talent, while fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace culture. This is very much a hands-on leadership role requiring you to work independently as an advisor to the HR team, business and senior leadership. Ensuring the HR outputs are aligned with business objectives and delivered seamlessly is imperative.
