Job Summary

The Tendering & Business Development Manager is responsible for sales activities for Air Compressor package and systems domestically and internationally. He/she is responsible for building up trust with key accounts in order to develop business opportunities. He/she needs to evaluate and prepare engineering standards, scope of work, design and materials and equipment of small to large-scale projects related to mechanical, machinery and/or instruments.

Responsibilities

  • Sales engineering activity.
  • Technical training.
  • Customer satisfaction for Technical & Commercial.
  • Drive sales in EPC project in region.
  • Acquire new customers to exceed sales expectations.
  • Identify key projects to win and enter early to implement winning strategies.
  • Review contract agreements.

Requirements/Skills/Qualifications

  • Able to work independently to manage project.
  • Able to work within a team-oriented organization.
  • Willingness to learn new technologies/product.
  • Able to travel domestically and overseas.
  • Technical knowledge about rotating machineries and other downstream equipment (Turbo/Reciprocating/Screw Air Compressor, Air Dryer, Nitrogen Generator and others).
  • Activities (Purchasing, Cost Control, Scope Control).
  • Technical evaluation skills.
  • Ability to utilize human capital and resources effectively and profitably.
  • Strong focus on customer satisfaction and developing client relationships.
  • Improved product for performance, cost and established procedures (internal, external)

Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements

Travelling mainly within SEA based on business needs.
