A leading company in Singapore is seeking a Project Manager to oversee various projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will manage timelines, budgets, and client relationships while ensuring high satisfaction and sales growth. Strong communication and multitasking skills are essential, along with a diploma and relevant sales experience.
Job Responsibilities:
Plan and manage projects from start to finish, ensuring they stay on time and within budget.
Coordinate tasks, timelines, and deliverables with teams and external partners.
Track project progress and make sure deadlines are met.
Keep records, monitor budgets, and prepare reports.
Organize event logistics like travel, hotels, catering, and AV setup.
Oversee events on-site from setup to breakdown.
Communicate clearly with clients, vendors, sponsors, and internal teams.
Find and book venues for sales events and activities.
Manage client accounts and serve as their main point of contact.
Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
Work with internal teams to deliver services on time and fix any issues.
Check in on client satisfaction and solve problems early.
Provide regular updates and reports to clients.
Meet or exceed sales goals and help grow the business.
Create sales proposals that support client and company goals.
Job Requirements:
Possess Diploma or O level with min 2 years sales experience
Able to work independently would be an added advantage
Able to commit to work during weekend
Good communication skills
Able to multi-task
Preferred to have IT or Telecom knowledge and experience
