Responsible for opening, annual review, maintenance, and closure of bank accounts, and maintaining good communication with bank relationship managers.
Handle verification of all payment requests, follow up on collections, provide notifications and raise alerts as needed.
Manage local and foreign currency collections and payments via online banking or in-person transactions.
Handle cash receipts, disbursements, and daily safekeeping.
Responsible for processing employee salary payments.
Organize and submit supporting documents such as bank slips and cash reimbursement vouchers.
Prepare and submit daily financial reports.
Handle company registration updates, annual filings, tax submissions, and other administrative tasks to ensure compliance with Singapore government and banking regulations.
Manage personnel records, employment contract administration, and CPF (Central Provident Fund) salary declarations.
Oversee company stamp and seal management.
Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proficiency in Mandarin, with strong communication skills in a business context as you will be communicating with Chinese internal & external stakeholders.
Prior experience in an international trading company, with solid skills in trade document preparation and handling.
Familiarity with Letter of Credit (L/C) operations is highly advantageous.
Interest or potential to be involved in international business development and market expansion.
