Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the complete project lifecycle, encompassing design, data management, functional specifications, configuration, testing, and post-implementation support.
• Evaluate client requirements and recommend effective SAP FICO solutions, proactively addressing design challenges.
• Analyze complex business issues within assigned areas, developing and implementing robust solutions through in-depth data and situational evaluation.
• Configure SAP FICO modules to align with project scope, meticulously documenting configuration rationale.
• Develop comprehensive functional specifications for all necessary developments supporting SAP processes.
• Develop and maintain critical Master Data Standards, particularly those integral to SAP module processes.
• Participate actively in the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including user requirement gathering, project design, and the implementation of SAP FICO structures through expert configuration.
• Apply project implementation methodologies and ITIL processes to ensure successful project delivery.
• Undertake additional tasks as required to support project objectives.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 8 years of professional experience within an SAP environment, with at least 3-4 years specifically in a consulting industry setting.
• Proficiency in English & Japanese language to liaise with internal and external Japanese speaking clients (preferably JLPT N2 or above)
• Demonstrated strong working experience in SAP FICO within a consulting environment.
• Proven involvement in a minimum of 3-4 full end-to-end SAP FICO implementation cycles within a consulting context.
• Preferred ability to configure and integrate SAP FICO with other SAP modules (MM and/or SD).
• Confident and articulate in communicating and presenting technical concepts at a business level to multinational corporation (MNC) clients.
• Experience in supporting testing and data migration activities, as well as the creation of functional specifications for reports, interfaces, enhancements, and forms.
• Eagerness to acquire knowledge and deliver solutions across additional SAP modules.
• Proven experience working with diverse clients within a consulting background.
