Administrative Assistant to Managing Director
Location: Tampines, Singapore
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Employment Type: Full-time, Long-Term
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide full administrative and clerical support to the Managing Director.
- Manage overseas order processing — order acceptance, tracking, and coordination with logistics.
- Assist with data entry and maintain accurate documentation and records.
- Support customer communication via email and phone.
- Help manage company social media accounts (Facebook, TikTok, etc.) by creating and scheduling basic posts.
- Assist with updating website content or handling web-based administrative activities.
- Prepare and issue invoices, delivery orders, and other supporting documents.
Ensure tasks are completed on time and maintain proper filing systems
Requirements:
- GCE N/O Levels, Diploma, or relevant equivalent qualification.
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms like Facebook and TikTok.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Comfortable with basic data entry and internet-based tasks.
- Strong sense of responsibility and punctuality.
- Positive attitude, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
