About Us

We are a dynamic and growing accounting firm dedicated to delivering comprehensive financial solutions to our diverse client base. As we expand our services, we are looking for a highly skilled Accounting Manager with proven experience in system migration, tax advisory, and group consolidations to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Management:

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients across various industries.

  • System Migration:

    • Lead and manage the migration of clients' accounting systems (e.g., MYOB to Xero, QuickBooks to Netsuite).

    • Coordinate with IT, clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth data transfer and minimal disruption.

    • Ensure post-migration accuracy through reconciliation and review.

  • Tax Compliance & Advisory:

    • Oversee preparation and review of corporate tax filings, GST/VAT submissions, and other tax obligations.

    • Provide clients with proactive tax planning and structuring advice.

  • Financial Consolidation:

    • Prepare and review monthly and annual consolidated financial statements for groups with multiple subsidiaries, including intercompany eliminations and foreign currency translation.

    • Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards (e.g., IFRS, local GAAP).

  • Reporting & Review:

    • Review work prepared by junior accountants and ensure timely delivery of reports.

    • Assist in preparing financial reports, budgets, and management accounts for clients.

  • Team Leadership:

    • Supervise and mentor a team of junior accountants.

    • Provide technical guidance and oversee training on best practices.

Requirements

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

  • CPA / CA

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role in an accounting firm.

  • Mandatory experience in system migrations, tax reporting, and financial consolidations.

  • Strong knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, NetSuite, zoho books).

  • Up-to-date with local and international tax laws and financial reporting standards.

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
