Job description

Job Scope

The role of a Catering Customer Service Officer typically includes providing administrative support to the Sales department. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Building rapport and communicating effectively with clients, handling all incoming queries (online, phone, etc.)
  2. Checking and updating orders in the system
  3. Data entry in the ERP system
  4. Ensuring all orders are prepared accurately to achieve a 100% delivery success rate
  5. Performing administrative tasks to support the team
  6. Performing any other duties as assigned by the Directors
Requirements
  • Open to all candidates; fair consideration will be given
  • Proficiency in Mandarin (to communicate with Chinese-speaking stakeholders, workers, subcontractors, and Mainland China workers)
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience
  • Good command of MS Word & MS Outlook
  • Strong team player with strategic thinking; able to work independently
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Meticulous and accurate in all tasks
  • Quick-thinking and versatile problem solver
  • Highly motivated; experience in the F&B industry is an advantage
  • Availability to start as soon as possible is preferred
