Job summary

A leading logistics company in Singapore is seeking a candidate for a role focused on processing customer orders and managing shipments. Qualifications

Responsibilities
  1. Process customer orders and routings
  2. Respond to customer shipment inquiries (tracking, routings, quotations, booking confirmation, etc.) in a timely manner
  3. Process import and export shipment documentation for Singapore and APAC
  4. Order processing in MNX's TMS (Transportation Management System) and C1 (Cargowise)
  5. Coordinate shipments and handle operational requirements
  6. Process Singapore airfreight import/export documentation (full-cycle). In-depth training will be provided.
  7. Perform general administrative duties including data entry and filing
  8. Participate in other company projects and duties as assigned
Qualifications
  1. Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Training will be provided.
  2. Knowledge of freight forwarding operations or similar import/export roles is a plus
  3. Experience in air forwarding operations, especially in critical logistics, cold chain, biopharma, medical devices, and clinical trials logistics, is advantageous
  4. Service or call center experience is a plus
  5. Proficiency in both written and spoken English; fluency in a second language is a plus
  6. At least ‘O’ level, professional certificate, NiTEC, Diploma, or higher in any field
  7. Proficiency with MS Office applications
  8. Experience with Cargowise or ParcelLogic TMS is a plus
  9. Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 Suite products
  10. Ability to work different shift hours is a plus
