You will be part of a team to drive the expansion of Children’s Museum Singapore (CMSG), a Company Limited by Guarantee (CLG) under National Heritage Board (NHB), that can better advance the strategic objectives of NHB and serve the broader heritage sector. As a key player in the heritage sector, we are committed to leveraging technology to enhance our services and engage with diverse audiences. Digital Experience & Delivery Manager
Responsibilities:
- Propose and implementing new digital initiatives within museums and institutions under NHB achieve better and seamless Visitor Experiences (VX) both in the virtual and physical world.
- This would include providing support and advice throughout the lifecycle of digital projects being undertaken for museums and institutions under NHB. From performing market scans on potentially relevant platforms or solutions available, working with external vendors and internal teams during project and content development, to the management of post project follow through such as maintenance and data analysis of results against agreed outcomes.
- Work with various teams within NHB to develop an understanding of business users and customers’ pain points to deliver seamless and integrated front-facing experiences that engage and excite visitors and potential visitors.
- Work with vendors to develop detailed proposals which includes reasoning, strategy and articulated with wireframes, user flow diagrams, site maps etc to communicate user experience and design ideas. Create prototypes that allow for user testing and user interviews, when required.
- Track project progress and performance metrices against project outcomes for each digital initiative undertaken. This includes compiling learning experience and best practices that can be shared and adopted in the future.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 - 6 years of relevant experience particularly in digital solutions, visitor experience and/or marketing.
- Fresh graduates with demonstrated skillsets or related portfolio are welcome to apply.
- Keen interest in Waterfall/Agile/Scrum methodology for Software Development and Project Management related certifications such as CITPM, COMIT, PRINCE2 or PMI will be an added advantage.
- Understands digital marketing – from social media management to omni-channel marketing.
- Experience in the implementation and maintenance of interactive and immersive technologies.
- Problem-solving skills and familiarity with technical constraints, business, and user needs.
- Proven ability in communicating conceptual ideas and design rationale within a user-centred design process.
- Basic knowledge of HTML & website content development, familiarity with SiteCore CMS, Adobe Experience Cloud, Matterport 3D and relevant 3D AR/VR tools a strong plus.
- Strong analytical, conceptualisation and problem-solving skills.
- Motivated by innovation to achieve business goals and customer satisfaction.
- Excellent written, verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Keen interest in heritage and culture is advantageous.
