An established industry player is seeking a dynamic sales professional to drive growth across the APAC region. In this role, you will be the primary liaison for distributors, developing strategic sales plans and ensuring targets are met. You will handle inquiries, foster relationships, and analyze market data to support sales expansion. Your expertise in sales strategy and customer relationship management will be crucial as you introduce new products and coordinate promotional efforts. This position offers the opportunity to travel and engage with a vibrant market, making it ideal for those passionate about sales and growth.

Job Responsibilities:
Sales in charge of the APAC country, act as main window person to distributors
Pursue sales growth, develop sales strategic plan and achieve company sales target
Handle distributors' inquiry, request and complaints appropriately
Communicate with internal parties for resources and operation support for sales growth
Introduce new products to distributors, collect order, analyse and monitor order situation
Prepare strategic proposal and reports for sales review
Closely follow up with distributors for sales expansion actions, promotion and events
Answer distributors' inquiries and coordinate internally to fulfil customer request and solve ac hoc issues
Foster strong relationship with distributors to collect market/competitor information
Collect sales data from distributors to monitor sales situation in the market
Support distributors on promotion/ event arrangement, e.g. designs materials, license check, display samples, etc
Job Requirements:
Min Degree in any related fields discipline and above
At least 2-3 years of relevant work experience required
Familiar with JP anime and IP Trend will be an advantage
Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel & Words)
Travelling is required, at least once in a month.
