Job description

Job Responsibilities:

• Sales in charge of the APAC country, act as main window person to distributors

• Pursue sales growth, develop sales strategic plan and achieve company sales target

• Handle distributors' inquiry, request and complaints appropriately

• Communicate with internal parties for resources and operation support for sales growth

• Introduce new products to distributors, collect order, analyse and monitor order situation

• Prepare strategic proposal and reports for sales review

• Closely follow up with distributors for sales expansion actions, promotion and events

• Answer distributors' inquiries and coordinate internally to fulfil customer request and solve ac hoc issues

• Foster strong relationship with distributors to collect market/competitor information

• Collect sales data from distributors to monitor sales situation in the market

• Support distributors on promotion/ event arrangement, e.g. designs materials, license check, display samples, etc

Job Requirements:

• Min Degree in any related fields discipline and above

• At least 2-3 years of relevant work experience required

• Familiar with JP anime and IP Trend will be an advantage

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel & Words)

• Travelling is required, at least once in a month.
