Marketing & Sales Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing & Sales Manager to lead efforts in promoting the Early Childhood Teacher Training Programme across Southeast Asia. This role involves developing and implementing marketing strategies, fostering partnerships, and driving student recruitment for the programme.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Market Research

  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify target audiences, understand their needs, and analyze competitor offerings to shape effective marketing strategies.

2. Sales & Marketing Strategy Development

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the teacher training programme, ensuring sales targets are met or exceeded.

3. Brand Management

  • Build, maintain, and enhance the organization’s brand identity for the programme, ensuring consistent messaging and visual representation across all platforms.

4. Campaign Management

  • Design and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, print, social media, and events, to maximize programme visibility and engagement.

5. Event Coordination

  • Plan and execute promotional events, webinars, and workshops to showcase the programme and engage potential participants effectively.

6. Content Creation

  • Create compelling marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, website content, and social media posts, tailored to diverse audiences.

7. Partnerships Development

  • Identify, establish, and nurture partnerships with educational institutions, NGOs, and other stakeholders to expand programme visibility and boost enrollment.

8. Analytics and Reporting

  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives, providing regular reports and actionable insights to senior management for continuous optimization.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in marketing, sales, or a related role, preferably in education or training sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of Southeast Asian markets, particularly in education.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, platforms, and analytics.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional Southeast Asian languages are a plus.
