We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Lead – Business Development to spearhead our growth initiatives in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering & Construction) vertical. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities, while also nurturing and expanding relationships with existing clients. This is a high-impact role that requires a strategic mindset, strong communication skills, and an in-depth understanding of the AEC market.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition in the AEC domain.
  • Strong understanding of architecture, engineering, and construction industry dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales pipeline management.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (MBA preferred).

Role:

  • Identify and generate new business leads through cold calling, email campaigns, social media outreach (LinkedIn and others), industry events, webinars, referrals, and web-based inquiries.
  • Develop deep knowledge of the AEC industry, including market trends, key players, and competitive landscape. Conduct client mapping and competitor tracking to formulate effective lead generation strategies.
  • Coordinate with internal marketing and sales teams to execute campaigns and outreach strategies. Build strong relationships with prospective clients and decision-makers across the AEC sector.
  • Understand client needs and pain points to position our services as strategic solutions. Effectively communicate our value proposition aligned with the client's growth objectives.
  • Create and maintain a structured sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely follow-up on all business development activities to meet monthly targets.
  • Work closely with the delivery and account management teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients. Foster long-term, synergistic relationships through consistent engagement and value delivery.
  • Represent the company with professionalism and credibility. Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills to enhance our brand image in the AEC community.
