About the role

We are seeking an experienced Regional Business Development Manager (Channel Sales) to join our dynamic team at SATO Asia Pacific Pte Ltd. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities and building strong relationships with our channel partners across the Africa region.

What you'll be doing

  • Identify, develop and manage relationships with key channel partners, distributors and resellers to expand our sales footprint.

  • Recruit, develop and manage new Business Partners in area which has insufficient coverage.

  • Devise and execute effective sales strategies to generate new leads and close deals.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Technical team) to deliver tailored solutions that meet our customers' needs.

  • Contribute to the development of the channel partner program and support initiatives.

What we're looking for

  • Proven track record of success in new business development, preferably in the sales or channel management domain.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships.

  • Proficient in data analysis and forecasting to drive informed decision-making.

  • Resourceful, self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
