• Team Coordination: Monitor and coordinate the work of contractors, subcontractors, and workers, fostering a collaborative and efficient work atmosphere.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct regular inspections to maintain high standards of work quality and regulatory compliance.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate site records, including daily reports and progress updates, contributing to smooth project management.
• Problem Solving: Address and resolve on-site challenges promptly, ensuring continuous project progress.
• Resource Management: Oversee proper use of materials and equipment, optimizing resource allocation and reporting any issues.
• Mentorship: Provide guidance and support to workers and teams, nurturing skill development and team cohesion.
• Safety Planning: Assist in implementing traffic management plans and other safety measures, prioritizing site and public safety.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate with engineers and project managers to ensure seamless project execution.

• Experienced Professional: Bring a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience to the role.
• Construction Expert: Bring relevant experience in construction, with a focus on site supervision and management.
• Certified Professional: Certificate in Pavement Construction and Maintenance from BCA is required.
• Effective Leader: Demonstrate ability to supervise and manage site activities efficiently, inspiring your team to excel.
• Safety Advocate: Possess in-depth knowledge of construction safety standards and regulations.
