We are seeking a proactive and strategic Talent Acquisition professional to join our dynamic HR team. You will play a critical role in attracting, sourcing, and onboarding the right talent to support our fast-paced operations and growth goals. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a people-centric environment and is passionate about employer branding and recruitment excellence.
Job Responsibilities:
Recruitment Coordination
Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process including posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and supporting onboarding activities.
Candidate Engagement
Serve as a friendly and professional point of contact for candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the hiring journey.
Hiring Administration
Maintain and update recruitment trackers, HR systems, and candidate databases accurately and timely.
Employer Branding Support
Assist in organising and participating in recruitment events, career fairs, and engagement campaigns.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Coordinate with hiring managers and HRBP team members to align on recruitment needs and timelines.
HR Projects & Adhoc Support:
Participate in ad-hoc HR initiatives and projects related to recruitment and employee experience.
Job Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business, or a related field
IHRP-CA/CP is a plus
1 to 2 years of recruitment experience; internship or part-time F&B recruitment experience is a bonus
Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with recruitment platforms (e.g., JobStreet, FastJobs, MyCareersFuture)
