8 months Accountant (Maternity Cover)

Mon-Fri: Office hours
May - Dec 2025 (May have conversion opportunity once cover ends)

Job Scope:

• MRO Reporting: Manage and generate regular Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) reports.
• PPV Reporting: Monitor and report on Purchase Price Variance (PPV) to track cost fluctuations.
• Fixed Assets Accounting: Oversee daily accounting and tracking of fixed assets, including reporting and reconciliation.
• Forecasting & Budgeting: Assist in preparing quarterly forecasts and the annual budget to ensure financial planning aligns with company goals.
• Audit Support: Provide support during financial and SOX audits, ensuring compliance and accurate reporting.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Accounting/ACCA
• Minimum 2-3 years relevant analysis and forecast experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (i.e. Excel)
• Hands on/Knowledge in SAP is required
• Computer literacy
• Adequate communication and analytical skills
• Strong emphasis on data accuracy and details
• Singaporeans only
