Management - Internal (Human Resources & Recruitment)
- Assist in Talent acquisition, On-boarding/Off-boarding admin duties such as candidate screening, scheduling interviews, letter preparation, orientation, work pass applications and cancellations.
- Prepare and coordinate worker's work permit application / renewal / cancellation
- Responsible for up-to-date employee data record
- Perform full set monthly payroll and ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.
- Assist in Compensation & Benefits admin duties such as staff leave administration and medical claims
- Assist in Training and development activities.
- Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, filing and scanning of paper documents, preparation of policy documents, sorting of claims documents, updating and distribution
- Handle any other ad-hoc duties as and when required
Manage the day-to-day office tasks of the Managing Director - Maintain accurate calendars with an understanding of prioritizing important deliverables
- Participate in highly confidential meetings and provide accurate records, transcribe and distribute minutes of meeting.
- Draft high-level presentations, communications and documents using Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Collaborate with other team members to organize various corporate events. Manage and maintain executives' schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Act as a liaison for the Managing Director for internal and external inquiries
- Help to improve efficiency of current duties of sales back office, lean management.
- Conduct research, collect, and analyze data to prepare reports and documents for Managing Director
- Prepare monthly expense reports for Managing Director
Requirements:-
- Candidate must possess Diploma/ Degree in related field
- Positive working attitude, trustworthy and willing to learn
- Good time management
- Proficient in MS Office applications. (Word, Excel)
- 1 - 2 years of working experience
- Independant and fast learner
