A leading company in Singapore is seeking an Administrative Officer to manage office documentations, liaise with clients, and ensure smooth administrative operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in the construction trade and be fluent in English and Mandarin. This role requires strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Job Description & Requirements
Duties Included:
- General administrative duties & any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
- Handle office documentations
- Handle/Issue of PO/DO/Invoices/Monthly SOA etc.
- Perform office administrative duties.
- Monitoring and following up on outstanding payments, maintaining accurate records of accounts receivables
- Liaising with customers to resolve any billing or payment-related queries
- Daily job progress update
- Monthly Progress Claim to Customer.
Requirements:
- Able to liaise with English and Mandarin speaking clients.
- Experience in construction trade
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in administrative job duties
