Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Executive Assistant (EA) to the Director for secretarial functions. The EA will be responsible for various secretarial tasks to support the director effectively.

Location: Kolkata, India

Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails, and interfacing with clients.
  2. Prepare internal and external corporate documents.
  3. Schedule meetings and appointments, and manage travel itineraries.
  4. Manage calendar and file organization.
  5. Prepare minutes of meetings and coordinate with site teams.
  6. Follow up on action items.
