• Position Title: Audit Manager (Banking/Insurance)
• Working Location: Central
• Working Hours: 5 days, Monday – Friday (8:45 AM – 5:30 PM)
• Salary Package: Basic up to $ 8,500 + Twice Yearly Performance Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the execution of audit engagements for financial services clients, with a focus on banking and capital markets, in compliance with relevant regulatory and professional standards.
• Ensure the timely and accurate completion of audit portfolios, managing budgets, resourcing strategies, billing, and collections.
• Oversee the management of audit portfolios, including monitoring progress against plans, timelines, and milestones.
• Drive the client experience by managing client relationships and accounts effectively.
• Build and manage a professional audit team, providing regular coaching and feedback for continuous performance enhancement.
• Engage the team to deliver value-added services to clients.
• Maintain a working knowledge of accounting literature, trends, and technical issues relevant to the financial services industry.
• Stay informed about industry trends to identify potential issues, risks, and best practices.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, preferably with a professional qualification in CA (Singapore) or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of audit experience.
• Experience in auditing clients in banking and capital markets, payments, and/or fintech space preferred.
• Strong technical knowledge of risk management, compliance requirements, auditing standards, and accounting principles.
• Excellent project management and time management skills, with the ability to adapt quickly to changing demands.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across all organizational levels.
