Job Title

Technical Trainer, Computed Tomography (CT) Asia

Job Description

The Technical Trainer will deliver technical training and education related to the installation and maintenance of all available Philips Computed Tomography (CT) systems to Philips Field Service Engineers and equivalent non-Philips Engineers. The Philips CT system families include: Brilliance, Ingenuity, iCT, IQon, Spectral CT7500, and the 'Family One' systems (MX16, Access CT, CT3500, Incisive CT, CT5300).

Your Role
  1. Provide effective and professional training experiences in various environments (virtual, classroom, laboratory).
  2. Own the trainee experience and safety.
  3. Exhibit excellent presentation skills; deliver engaging sessions in person or online, using interactive tools.
  4. Facilitate communication among trainees and foster a collaborative learning environment.
  5. Contribute to the design, development, review, implementation, and evaluation of training courses and materials following QMS directives and processes.
  6. Provide feedback and evaluate trainee performance, reviewing feedback for continuous improvement.
  7. Utilize appropriate training materials, support systems, technical methods, and assessment techniques.
  8. Adhere to company style, standards, policies, and procedures related to quality and business systems.
You are part of

The Service Education team within the CT/AMI Business Unit of Philips Healthcare, reporting to the CT/AMI Campus Delivery Manager in the Netherlands, with guidance from Instructional Designers, content developers, and service engineers.

You're likely the right fit if you possess
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Technical Science, Physics, Electronics, Mechatronics, or ICT.
  2. Subject Matter Expertise in CT or a similar professional industry is a plus.
  3. Experience in training and virtual classroom delivery is preferred.
  4. Ability to work independently.
  5. Willingness to travel approximately 5%.
How we work together

We believe in collaboration. Office-based roles require at least 3 days of in-person work per week. Onsite roles are at the company’s facilities or customer locations, depending on the role.
