Job description

We are a leading Singapore-based soft furnishings company with a strong presence in both local and regional markets. Since 1983, we have specialized in high-end hospitality and residential projects, offering premium products including curtains, blinds, and carpets.


We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales & Operations Manager to lead our team and uphold our company’s standards of excellence. The ideal candidate will come from a background in interior materials or interior design, with proven leadership skills and a track record of delivering results.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage sales and operational functions to meet business targets
  • Oversee project execution in line with company protocols and client expectations
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and project quality

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience, preferably in a managerial role
  • Background in interior design, soft furnishings, or related industry
  • Proficient in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written)
  • Familiarity with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 is highly advantageous
