Job Role

We are looking for a skilled React.js Developer to join our front-end development team. You will be responsible for developing and implementing user interface components using React.js concepts and workflows such as Redux, Flux, and Webpack. You will also profile and improve front-end performance and document our front-end codebase.

Job Responsibilities

• Review and document requirements for UX/UI and interface designs.
• Develop new user-facing features using React.js.
• Design and implement front-end applications, collaborating with developers to generate backend requirements.
• Work with the product team and graphic designers to understand user interactions.
• Identify web-based user interactions.
• Develop highly-responsive UI components using React.
• Write application interface code using JavaScript following React workflows.
• Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code.
• Optimize components for maximum performance across devices and browsers.
• Test and update applications to ensure performance and security.
• Document changes and develop updates.
• Ensure robust unit testing for integration and exception handling.

Mandatory Skills

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or related field.
• Experience as a React.js Developer.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and front-end languages.
• Knowledge of React tools including Webpack, Enzyme, Redux, Flux.
• Experience with UI design.
• Knowledge of performance testing frameworks like Mocha and Jest.
• Experience with browser debugging and performance testing software.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of web development best practices.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with Git.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time.
• Experience with CI/CD processes.
