Position Overview

T&M Operations (TMO) functions as a Regional Processing Center (Hub & Spoke), supporting T&M businesses in the region. This model enables T&M to scale while remaining agile in product and service offerings in a dynamic market environment. As the business expands, T&M Ops standardizes processes to manage risks, facilitate automation, and ensure governance of service levels and quality.

Staff will have opportunities to support Trade Reporting, engage with Legal & Compliance, T&M Business, and Technology teams, and co-create solutions to meet regulatory reporting obligations in jurisdictions such as MAS, ASIC, MiFID, EMIR, and CFTC.

Essential Job Functions

1. Provide end-to-end OTC transaction lifecycle reporting support for T&M derivatives to meet regulatory obligations.
2. Ensure data accuracy and timely reporting.
3. Adhere to risk control measures, risk architecture, and completeness standards.
4. Utilize data-driven approaches to build and measure TMO performance, service quality, and data analysis through DDOM dashboards.
5. Review legacy processes and exception handling to reduce manual toil and promote behavioral change in front office and legal & compliance teams.

Trade Repository (TR) Reporting

1. Validate daily TR reports, including House and Client Delegations.
2. Investigate discrepancies and identify root causes.
3. Monitor report acknowledgments and investigate rejected trades.
4. Review successful submissions in DTCC-GTR and ensure end-of-day completeness.
5. Participate in building, revising, and updating TR reporting systems.
6. Stay updated on regulatory changes.
7. Support NPA & Lite processes, review related NPAs, and monitor launches and sign-offs.
8. Support CFTC delegate reporting, from SLA issuance to system tagging and reporting obligations.

Requirements

• Qualification or experience in a related field.
• Experience in banking and financial services preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (VBA).
• Python skills are a plus.
