Job description

Leading Utilities Group company

Duration: 12 months extendable/convertible

Working Location: Near Tengah Community Centre at Tengah Building Service Centre (Bukit Batok)

Working hours: 08.30am – 6.00pm (Monday to Friday)

Job Responsibilities
  1. Provide high-quality customer service and professionalism in managing consumer feedback and inquiries.
  2. Actively collaborate with stakeholders to investigate complex cases and feedback on the Centralised Cooling System (CCS).
  3. Communicate effectively with consumers to ensure satisfactory solutions and timely updates.
  4. Take ownership of cases by following through effectively and actively closing each case.
  5. Provide regular records and updates of cases in systems and reports.
  6. Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in customer service.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Problem-solving skills to creatively resolve feedback and issues.
  • Interpersonal skills to relate cordially with different classes of people.
  • Ability to handle stress, be adaptable, and work independently in a dynamic environment with minimal supervision.
  • Willing to standby to work on weekends if required.
