A leading company in Singapore is seeking a skilled logistics manager to oversee operations for exhibitions and fairs. The role involves driving revenue growth, managing logistics, and ensuring smooth execution of events. Candidates should have strong communication skills and experience in the exhibition industry. This position requires flexibility for weekend and holiday work.

Responsibilities:
Cultivate and secure business opportunities by engaging with associations, organizers, exhibitors, and agents, both locally and internationally.
Drive revenue growth by generating sales leads, nurturing new business, and expanding relationships with existing clients.
Lead sales and logistics for global sporting, private, and special events, managing shipments and ensuring seamless coordination across all stakeholders.
Oversee all logistical and transport arrangements for exhibitions locally and abroad, ensuring smooth execution and adherence to tight timelines.
Plan and supervise on-site operations before, during, and after exhibitions, working in close collaboration with organizers, contractors, and overseas offices/agents.
Lead and guide on-site teams, ensuring operational efficiency, schedule compliance, and immediate troubleshooting of any arising challenges.
Monitor vendor performance, manage partnerships, and implement strategies for operational improvements and service reliability.
Ensure timely and accurate billing, including managing collections such as Cash on Delivery (COD) from exhibitors.
Provide monthly gross profit estimates, manage cost and income reserves using Globus, and support accurate financial forecasting.
Prepare and present detailed budgets, sales forecasts, and monthly performance reports to senior management and the finance team.
Requirements:
At least 3-5 years' experience in Managing Logistics/Transportation type of Exhibitions & Fairs
Comfortable to standby during Weekend and Public holidays when needed
Excellent verbal & written communication skills
Good knowledge of the exhibition industry
Able to plan & co-ordinate all operations on-site
Able to work under pressure in a very fast pace environment
