Location: Kent Ridge

Job Description:

1. Conduct targeted and individualized physical assessments for participants upon recruitment and during periodic reviews (training will be provided).

2. Develop and implement exercise programs for participants, including OTAGO and Motor-Cognitive Dual-Task training.

3. Train and supervise volunteers and staff at Senior Activity Centres to conduct exercise programs and periodic reviews.

4. Provide education talks on falls prevention, frailty, and healthy aging.

5. Ensure proper documentation of records for referral to community partners.

6. Work as part of the “Implementation of Decade of Healthy Aging Action Plan to Screen and Prevent Decline in Intrinsic Capacity in Elders (SPICE) Through Multisectoral Collaboration” Team or community partners to deliver the above services.

7. Participate in multidisciplinary discussions with team and partners

8. Foster close and warm relationships with participants, their families, and volunteers, demonstrating care and respect.

Job Requirements: Min Degree in Physiotherapy & VALID AHPC
