Job description

Embark on an exciting journey and join our fast-growing Private Bank as a Private Bank Executive, supporting Bankers in servicing Private Bank Clients.

You may be assessed on key skills relevant for success in this role, such as risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen, strategic thinking, and job-specific technical skills.

To be successful in this role, you should:

  • Hold CACS 1 & 2 certification and be in a relevant role within the Private Bank with an active MAS license.
  • Have excellent communication skills for interactions with ultra-high net worth clients.
  • Possess a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.

This role is regulated by the MAS (Monetary Authority of Singapore).

Purpose of the role

To establish and nurture profitable partnerships with corporate and individual clients, acting as a bridge between the bank's offerings and clients' needs for mutual benefit and long-term success.

Accountabilities

  • Manage client relationships to understand their financial goals, challenges, and risk tolerance, supporting data analysis from various sources to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Research industry trends, regulatory landscape, and the competitive environment to inform strategic recommendations.
  • Design customized solutions addressing clients' specific needs, incorporating a range of bank products and services.
  • Communicate the value of proposed solutions, justify recommendations, and negotiate beneficial terms.
  • Guide clients in financial decisions, providing investment advice, risk management, wealth strategies, and market updates.
  • Assess and mitigate financial, legal, and operational risks associated with client relationships.
  • Document all interactions, transactions, and agreements for transparency and audit purposes, and communicate findings to support product development and strategies.
  • Monitor client satisfaction, revenue, and other metrics to evaluate relationship management effectiveness.
