What you will be working on

  • Manage applied psychological research projects
  • Provide professional support to improve organisational readiness and effectiveness
  • Plan and manage research projects
  • Supervise junior staff on assigned projects (potential leadership role)
  • Facilitate organisational improvements through psychological insights
  • Conduct and analyse psychological research relevant to the organisation
