Job description

Job Title: Lead Key Account Manager

A multinational company, a supplier to the semiconductor industry, is hiring for the position of Lead Key Account Manager to focus on managing key accounts and gaining new market shares within the South East Asia region.

Responsibilities:
  1. Lead the generation of visible business growth within the South East Asia region.

  2. Understand customer’s business and technology roadmaps and drive internal teams for continuous improvement in product quality, establishing a technical edge and market competitiveness.

  3. Develop sales strategies with Regional Directors and achieve sales objectives aligned with corporate and operational goals.

  4. Provide monthly updates on sales activities, strategic plans, including customer’s financial status, business strategy, competitive landscape, and market share data.

  5. Participate in regional sales and weekly team meetings, providing updates on opportunities and issues to accelerate market share growth.

  6. Drive effective pricing strategies, manage contracts and negotiations, focusing on increasing average selling prices and profitability according to margin strategies.

  7. Collaborate closely with global and regional support teams such as Product Management, Logistics, and Quality to ensure effective pre- and post-sales services.

  8. Develop and maintain senior industry contacts and relationships to explore new business opportunities.

  9. Support marketing efforts at trade shows, technical conferences, and seminars as needed.

  10. Align technology roadmaps of divisions with the strategic or critical customer’s technological goals.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Science with 3-5 years of experience in the semiconductor/wafer fabrication industry.

  • Previous sales experience in semiconductor front-end manufacturing is preferred.

  • Good understanding of the semiconductor market and current trends.

  • Possess a Class 3 driving license and own a car.
