Regional Director of Campaigns (Singapore-based)

What's on the menu:

The Director of Campaign will strategically guide and influence local marketing teams to execute impactful campaigns that drive user growth, platform engagement, and topline growth across key markets. This role is pivotal in aligning regional strategies with local execution to achieve measurable business outcomes. You will work across 18 diverse markets in APAC, Europe, and Turkey for three brands of Delivery Hero: Yemeksepeti, foodora in Europe and foodpanda in Asia.

  • Campaign Strategy Development: Design and implement market-specific campaign strategies to drive MAU growth and increase platform orders. Develop regional campaign frameworks and ensure alignment with local teams for consistent execution.
  • Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize campaign performance in real-time, ensuring cost-efficiency and maximum ROI. Conduct data-driven analysis to improve campaign structures and vendor performance.
  • Vendor and Budget Management: Build strategic frameworks for vendor selection. Provide guidance and monitoring for the allocation and utilization of budgets, ensuring spending aligns with business priorities and growth objectives.
  • Annual Calendar Planning: Develop guidelines for market level marketing calendars. Collaborate with local marketing teams to create and manage a regional annual campaign calendar.
  • Commercial Impact: Collaborate with commercial teams to support commercial VFD targets by leveraging marketing tools and visibility channels.

What you bring to the table:

  • Minimum 12 years of marketing experience, including 5+ years in campaign management or a similar role.
  • Proven track record in leading regional marketing strategies and aligning cross-market teams.
  • Strong analytical skills focused on market dynamics and campaign performance metrics.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to convert data into actionable business insights.
  • Proficient in managing commercial teams and optimizing budget allocation for maximum ROI.
  • Experienced in designing and implementing campaign frameworks that deliver consistent growth.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills for cross-functional and regional collaboration.
  • Proactive, with a demonstrated ability to excel in fast-paced, multicultural environments.
