Part-time (1-2 days per week) Administration Manager / Office Manager / Corporate Secretary / Confidential Secretary / Bookkeeper (scope dependent on capability and experience), responsible for:

  1. Administration management for a local exempt corporate finance advisory business, including A/P, A/R, record keeping, regulatory filings, vendor and client contact.
  2. Record keeping for 20-30 single-purpose offshore companies (similar to corporate secretarial), liaising with service providers and transaction counterparties.
  3. Confidential secretary for the managing director.
  4. Depending on capabilities (CPA a big plus), bookkeeping and/or accounting for some or all of the relevant entities.
