Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the construction, testing, installation, operations, and facility management of client platforms to meet business needs and service levels.

2. Perform troubleshooting for client platform-related problems.

3. Respond promptly to incidents, investigate, and provide temporary and/or permanent resolutions. Provide timely status updates to relevant parties.

4. Handle service requests related to client platforms.

5. Monitor service levels, document and maintain system configurations, and provide regular reports to relevant parties.

6. Participate in client platform implementation and upgrade projects.

7. Manage client platform implementation and upgrade projects.

8. Conduct research and evaluation of client platform tools.

9. Provide technical advice related to systems to customers or project teams.

10. Manage client platform management systems.

11. Oversee system changes through the change request process and provide status reports.

12. Perform presales tasks related to client platforms.

13. Gather business and application requirements for infrastructure analysis and design.

14. Ensure service levels meet requirements; propose and implement action plans when necessary.

15. Establish facility management standards and best practices to ensure operational consistency across teams.
