For this role, we seek a strategic and empathetic People Development & Engagement Lead to steer our CRESA team in employee engagement and development, aligning with our overarching vision. You will shape the team by crafting experiences that empower individuals and teams to excel in an agile, high-performing environment. Your collaboration will extend to team leaders, HRBPs, and colleagues across countries.

Below are the key responsibilities, including but not limited to:

1. People Engagement & Culture
  • Understand different team personas and develop engagement plans tailored to each, inspired by the DBS organizational framework.
  • Analyze feedback and partner with CRESA leadership to formulate action plans.
  • Lead and coordinate the MyVoice / People Engagement team to execute regional events and activities, and develop follow-up actions based on feedback and results.
  • Support the design and delivery of engagement surveys, and prepare communication materials for departmental events and activities.
  • Plan and execute people engagement initiatives, including celebrations and volunteering activities.
2. Learning & Development Culture
  • Collaborate with DBS HR learning partners to develop Future-Ready roadmaps for diverse team personas, from project managers to engineers and employee services experts.
  • Design and implement a comprehensive learning strategy that supports career growth and organizational needs, fostering a long-term learning culture.
  • Partner with CRESA leaders to identify skills gaps and deliver relevant learning solutions.
3. Talent Management
  • Work with the Team Lead of People Development to build and manage succession planning frameworks.
  • Support leadership on performance review processes, including goal setting, feedback, and talent calibration.
  • Develop and expand mentoring and coaching initiatives, training managers to be effective coaches.
4. Workforce Planning & Administration
  • Manage governance and budgeting for headcount and expenses in Singapore.
  • Maintain updated records of all workforce members and organizational charts.
5. Measurement & Evaluation
  • Utilize data to track program impact through dashboards and scorecards, such as engagement scores and ROI metrics.
  • Provide actionable insights to CRESA leaders for strategic decision-making.
  • Use data-driven insights to plan future programs and development strategies.
Qualifications Needed
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Marketing, Business, or related fields.
  • At least 5 years of experience in community engagement, L&D, talent development, or organizational development.
  • Strong project management, facilitation, and organizational skills.
  • Proven success in building and scaling engagement and development initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with experience engaging senior stakeholders.
  • Meticulous with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-driven, resourceful, and capable of multitasking.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and GenAI tools.
