Job description

What you'll be doing

• Prepare and submit accurate workload, revenue, and Executive Information System (EIS) reports on time
• Extract, analyse, and maintain workload data, ensuring accuracy in reports and dashboards.
• Build, refresh, and update financial dashboards to support decision-making
• Assist in fixed asset sighting and ensure proper documentation of financial assets
• Perform ad hoc data reconciliation, cleaning, and extraction tasks for internal teams
• Maintain data integrity, conduct validation checks, and implement process improvements
• Work closely with internal teams to gather and interpret financial and operational data

What we're looking for

• Diploma in Accountancy/ Finance/ Business or related studies
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of Power BI/ SAP or other analytics tools is a plus
• Strong analytical skills with an eye for detail and accuracy
• Ability to work with large datasets and translate insights into reports
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders
