Personal Assistant to Business Development Manager

Working Hours:

• Mon – Fri (If BDM is not in Singapore)

• Follow BDM’s schedule (If BDM is in Singapore, with 1 off day per week)

Location:Outram Park (with frequent travel around Southeast Asia)
Salary:S$ 4,000 - 5,000 + Overseas Allowance

Job Description:

• Perform basic PA duties, including booking hotels, restaurants, and air tickets for guests or VIPs.

• Travel around Southeast Asia with the Business Development Manager (BDM) for client meetings and new investment projects.

• Learn from the BDM and assist in business development activities.

• Follow and meet potential clients to support new business opportunities.

• Maintain flexibility in work schedule and tasks as required.

• Prepare travel itineraries and ensure smooth logistics for the BDM and guests.

Requirements:

• Degree and above

• Relevant experience / Willing to learn
