Managing Project Site
- Manage all projects, especially architecture-related matters.
- Communicate the project plan to clearly define individual responsibilities, schedules, and budgets.
- Work closely with the Engineering Service Department to ensure updated construction drawings are used.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain & Procurement for machinery and materials orders.
- Manage and monitor all material wastage.
- Manage and deploy resources (manpower, materials, machinery) required to achieve project schedules.
- Organize and manage sub-contractors to meet project schedules.
- Ensure projects are completed on time with quality and profitability for the company.
- Provide value engineering during tender and project execution.
- Participate in progress claim meetings organized by the Finance Department.
Prepare Risk Management Plan
- Build contingencies into the plan to provide reserves in the schedule for unforeseen problems.
Participant in Tender Presentation and Negotiation to Secure Projects
- Participate as a member of the tender preparation team, including sales and contracts.
- Handle tender clarifications and negotiations with customers, especially on technical matters.
- Verify technical scope of works with sub-contractors.
- Provide value engineering.
Administer Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) and Environmental Management Systems (EMS)
- Ensure workers and sub-contractors comply with company safety regulations.
Organize and Properly Handover Completed Projects
- Ensure proper handover of construction documents to clients.
- Ensure sub-contractors submit proper handover documents.
- Ensure project delivery to clients on schedule with zero defects.
Manage a Team with Good Technical Knowledge
- Build and train a competent technical team.
